will be located in Miraflores district, Cantuarias Street # 454. We decided to
put this establishment in this point because of the great quantity of young
women who work in that district and also because of the central park that is
near to this location. Moreover, there isn’t other Ladies’Bar in this district,
which is a good advantage to us. The proximity to our direct competitor is
relatively close. “Piso 14” is also an entertainment establishment which is
located in District of Surco, 15 minutes to our point.
